Rose Anna Friguglietti died in 1988 in a car accident at the age of 20. She had just begun her third year of college. She loved all children and planned to become a teacher so she could surround herself with their energy. She and her fiancé were excitedly planning their wedding the following Spring.

She was a selfless volunteer for City Parks and Recreation and she also helped at the Los Banos Convalescent Hospital, bringing care and compassion to the residents there. From age five to 15, Rose Anna her sister Tracy rode horses in parades throughout California and Nevada, and they often took first place in their age category. Rose Anna also had a beautiful singing voice, sharing her gift at local county fairs.

She was loved by all and had many friends, who with her family continue to miss her still. It is a great comfort to her loved ones to know that two people were able to see the beautiful world she left behind through her cornea donations.
