2027 OneLegacy Walker Application

Application and Selection Process

Honorees for the 2026 OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float have been selected. You may apply now for the 2027 Rose Parade campaign. Honorees will be selected based on a range of criteria including volunteer service to the community and/or OneLegacy Ambassadors Program; past participation in OneLegacy Donate Life Rose Parade Float decorating and/or the OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk. We will also ensure that applicants selected represent a range of ages, ethnicities, regions, and organs and tissues donated. Applicants will be notified by Friday, August 28th, 2026 if they have been chosen as an honoree. Applicants will only be considered if their donation/transplant occurred in the OneLegacy service area.

The application form, consent form, requested high quality photo (headshot) and biography of the honoree must be received by OneLegacy by Friday, July 3, 2026.

However, OneLegacy can only sponsor honorees medically serviced in one of our seven federally designated counties: Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura, Riverside, and Santa Barbara.
