2026 OneLegacy Walker Application

Application and Selection Process

Honorees will be selected based on a range of criteria including volunteer service to the community and/or OneLegacy Ambassadors Program; past participation in OneLegcy Donate Life Rose Parade Float decorating and/or the OneLegacy Donate Life Run/Walk. We will also ensure that applicants selected represent a range of ages, ethnicities, regions, and organs and tissues donated. Applicants will be notified by Friday, September 5th, 2025 if they have been chosen as an honoree. Applicants will only be considered if their donation/transplant occurred in the OneLegacy service area.

The application form, consent form, requested high quality photo (headshot) and biography of the honoree must be received by OneLegacy by Friday, August 15th, 2025.

However, OneLegacy can only sponsor honorees medically serviced in one of our seven federally designated counties: Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Kern, Ventura, Riverside, and Santa Barbara.
