JENNY’S STORY
Jenny was a devoted mother, a cherished daughter, a beloved sister, a fun-loving niece, a loyal cousin, and a true friend. She loved being a mother above all else, and she was the best. Her daughter was her heart, her joy, and her proudest accomplishment. Family meant everything to Jenny. She often called her mom her best friend and chose her brother to be her "Dude of Honor" at her wedding — a testament to the deep bonds she shared with those she loved.
Jenny's heart was big, her compassion endless. She was kind and empathetic, always looking out for others, especially those going through hard times. She gave freely — with her time, her words, her love — and never judged anyone for their struggles. Jenny was also playful and mischievous, with a wicked sense of humor and a smile that could light up any room. She had a deep love for music and dancing, and when she hit the dance floor, she owned it. She loved
Depeche Mode and The Cure, but was just as likely to blast Tupac, proudly claiming he was her "boyfriend."
Life wasn't always easy for Jenny. She faced more than her share of challenges, but she was a fighter. She persevered with strength and grace, using her own experiences to uplift others. She supported her friends with empathy and wise counsel, always meeting others where they were without judgment. Jenny was truly beautiful inside and out. She lived with love, laughed with spirit, and gave with her whole heart. At the time of her passing, she was living her lifelong dream: going to school to become a nurse. She had always wanted to care for others, and this path reflected who she was — a natural caregiver with a generous spirit.
Jenny was also a registered organ donor, passionate about giving even in death, just as she did in life. She was a cornea donor, giving sight to 4 people.
