Chase Kai Horimoto deeply cared for his family and friends. Chase was born on April 10th, 1994, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He passed on May 7th, 2015 at 21 years old. Chase found his passion in Hawaiian studies and made fish hooks, Hawaiian statues, etc. He eventually wanted to teach that Hawaiian culture to others. Chase was a very caring and loving person. Anytime someone needed help, Chase was there. So in his passing, we knew it was the right decision to help those that needed it. Chase would be so proud. He is looking down with his awesome smile at all of us.

Chase’s Story

Chase Kai Horimoto was born on April 10th, 1994, in Honolulu, Hawaii.  He passed on May 7th, 2015.  He was 21 years old.

Chase attended James B. Castle High School and continued his education at Windward Community College.  At Windward Community College, Chase found his passion, Hawaiian studies.  He loved the Hawaiian culture.  Chase made fish hooks, Hawaiian statues, etc.  He eventually wanted to teach the Hawaiian culture to others.

Chase was a very caring and loving person.  He cared deeply for his family and friends.  Anytime someone needed help, Chase was there.  So in his passing, we knew it was the right decision to help those that needed it.  Chase would be so proud.  He is looking down with his awesome smile at all of us.
